We are currently taking reservations for upcoming lamb harvests. Pre-order your whole or half lamb with a deposit.
Your meat will be cut, vacuum packed, labeled, and frozen. You can choose the specific cuts, or you can have us choose for you (Butcher’s Choice).
Your deposit covers the processing cost for a local USDA butcher. The rest will need to be paid by pickup.
The final cost for a whole lamb is $450 total ( ~40 lbs. of meat), and a half lamb is $250 ( ~20 lbs of meat).

Once we have received your order, we will be in touch about timing options. Please fill out the cut sheet with your preferences and email it to outryder.farm@gmail.com we will need this prior to sending your animal to the butcher.
